Our Approach

Whole Self-Healing through a somatic & trauma-informed approach combined with soul-deep integration

Many forms of healing focus primarily on thoughts or behaviors.

While insight can be valuable, deeper patterns often live beyond conscious awareness — in the nervous system, emotional memory, and subconscious beliefs that shape how we experience the world.

Our work brings together trauma-informed methods that support healing on multiple levels of the system.

Rather than focusing on a single technique, this approach allows us to work with what your nervous system is ready to process in the moment.

The goal is not simply symptom management, but integration — supporting the body, mind, and deeper self in coming back into alignment.

Somatic Nervous System Work

The nervous system plays a central role in how we experience safety, connection, and stress.

When the system has been exposed to overwhelming experiences, it can become stuck in patterns of activation or shutdown.

This may show up as anxiety, emotional numbness, chronic tension, hyper-independence, people-pleasing, or cycles of burnout.

Somatic work helps us gently reconnect with the body and regulate these stress responses.

Through awareness of sensation, breath, and nervous system cues, the body can begin releasing patterns it has been holding for years.

Over time this often leads to greater resilience, emotional range, and a deeper sense of internal safety.

EMDR-Informed Trauma Processing

Some experiences remain stored in the nervous system in ways that continue to influence the present.

Even when we understand something intellectually, the emotional imprint can remain active.

EMDR-informed processing supports the brain’s natural capacity to integrate these experiences.

Through carefully paced work, memories that once triggered strong reactions can begin to lose their intensity, allowing new perspectives and emotional flexibility to emerge.

This process helps the nervous system recognize that past experiences no longer need to dictate present responses.

Clinical Hypnotherapy & Subconscious Change

Many of our patterns are shaped by beliefs and emotional imprints that live in the subconscious mind.

Hypnotherapy provides a focused state of awareness that allows us to explore and reshape these deeper patterns.

In this state, the mind can access memories, beliefs, and emotional associations that may be difficult to reach through conversation alone.

When approached with care and intention, this work can support meaningful shifts in how we relate to ourselves and the world.

Inner Parts & Attachment Work

Many people discover that different parts of themselves developed to help them survive earlier experiences.

There may be parts that work hard to stay strong, parts that withdraw for protection, and parts that carry emotional pain that was never fully processed.

Exploring these parts with compassion can allow them to be understood rather than pushed away.

Over time this process often leads to greater internal harmony and a deeper sense of self-acceptance.

Intuition, Reflection & Spiritual Integration

While this work is grounded in trauma-informed practice, it also recognizes that healing often carries a deeper dimension.

Many people find that as the nervous system settles and subconscious patterns shift, they reconnect with intuition, personal meaning, and a clearer sense of direction in their lives.

Moments of reflection, insight, and spiritual awareness are welcomed as part of the integration process.

These experiences are approached with curiosity and grounded presence rather than rigid belief.

A Personal & Integrative Process

Each person’s path is unique.

Rather than applying a single method to every situation, the approach I use is integrative — drawing from the practices above depending on what your nervous system and subconscious mind are ready to explore.

The focus is always on pacing the work carefully so that healing unfolds in a way that supports stability, safety, and lasting change.

FAQs

Do I have to talk about everything that happened?
No. We go at your pace. This work is body-led and consent-centered.

Is this therapy?
These sessions are trauma-informed and can be deeply therapeutic, but they are not psychotherapy (see disclaimer below). If you’re looking for clinical mental health treatment, I’m happy to help you find an appropriate licensed provider.

Will this be intense?
It can be powerful, but it’s not about pushing. We prioritize safety, stabilization, and integration.

Can this support “smaller” trauma too?
Yes. Trauma isn’t only big events. Chronic stress, emotional neglect, relational wounds, and prolonged overwhelm matter.
