“Visceral, tangible, and holy. Three words that come to mind working and co-creating with this goddess. I completed a weekend long retreat for Shoden Level 1 Reiki with her and a small group of beautiful souls. I was rocked. To. My. Core. Cracked open in a whole new way. After that weekend I took the practices, precepts, and meditations into my life. Things started to change. I was able to have better intuition about relationships- romantic or not, and maintain boundaries easier. Professional opportunities that I thought I had done the work to manifest for years with no forward motion started flying at me! After a really dark winter, she asked for volunteers to serve as helpers for her next Reiki 1 retreat…It felt so good to share with these other students how daily practice (of 5 minutes a day) had transformed my life. Soon after I sought her to be my teacher and guide again as I felt called to move into level 2 training. I’m writing this now after another session with her in that work. After a physiological experience of a spiritual cracking open. So so so so so much gratitude for the opportunity to practice with her.
