Release deeply stored physical tensions and allow mental stress to melt away in gentle restorative yoga postures, all while receiving the purifying healing energy of Reiki. Long-held, passive floor poses and relaxing guided meditations make this the perfect class for anyone in need of some self-care R&R.

And regardless of your personal relationship with the biological mother, the mother archetype, Mother Earth, and your own inner feminine energy, this class will provide opportunity to explore these connections, how they show up within ourselves, and how we might harness the power of the Divine Mother for deep and potent healing.

No previous yoga or reiki experience necessary for this gentle class. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring water and a journal (if you wish). I also invite everyone to bring an item that represents the loving mother/feminine in your life.
