Yoga is so much more than a physical practice! In this Three-course philosophy class, we will explore how to bring basic yoga teachings off of the mat and into every facet of life for better health and awakening. Each meeting will have a different focus, which are more specifically defined below. This series is appropriate for beginning students, experienced spiritual aspirants and yoga teachers interested in adding more philosophy into their classes.

Reiki Level I Certification is all about self-healing of body, mind and heart. During our three-day immersive training, you will learn practices to help free yourself from your mental attachments that are currently causing you suffering, such as fear, worry and anger. Together we will explore simple tools to help you become more present in your daily life, while cultivating new self-care habits to align with your most authentic and healthy self moving forward — no matter what is going on around you.

Join us once a month for this free Goddess Circle where we will humbly sit at the feet of the Divine Mother in the form of Durga Ma as she bestows upon us the boon of her teachings of grace, wisdom, mercy, strength and unconditional eternal love.
