Autumn Book Club & Peace Sangha
Join us for a nourishing journey this autumn as we grow together through Peace Is Every Step by Thich Nhat Hanh—an invitation to awaken mindfulness in everyday life. Through heartfelt reflection, spiritual discussion, and shared practice, we’ll explore how peace can be cultivated in every breath, step, and moment.
Each session includes guided meditation, discussion prompts, community sharing, and gentle integration practices.

Come prepared to reflect on the reading and share your thoughts. Your unique perspective enriches our collective understanding.
