Twice each year, the earth reaches a moment of perfect balance.
Day and night stand as equals.
Light and darkness meet in equilibrium.
The Spring Equinox marks the turning of a great seasonal wheel — a threshold between contraction and growth, winter and emergence.
Across cultures and traditions, this time of year has long symbolized renewal, awakening, and the beginning of a new cycle of life.
And yet, many of us are moving through our lives in a very different rhythm.
In a world shaped by constant stress, uncertainty, and pressure, the nervous system often becomes locked in survival states — cycles of overwhelm, emotional shutdown, burnout, or functional freeze.
Instead of experiencing renewal, we may feel stuck in patterns that make it difficult to feel grounded, present, or connected to ourselves.
This Spring Equinox gathering is an invitation to pause at the threshold of a new season and ask:
What would it mean to move beyond survival and begin reclaiming the deeper Self within us?
Through teaching, reflection, and guided practice, we will explore how stabilizing the nervous system creates the foundation for healing and how reconnecting with the body can help us begin emerging from survival patterns into a more balanced and integrated way of living.
Just as the earth begins its slow return toward growth and light, we too can begin stepping into a new season of healing.

During this gathering, we will explore:
• The symbolic meaning of the Spring Equinox and why seasonal transitions matter for our inner lives
• Why so many people today are living in chronic survival states such as stress, overwhelm, emotional shutdown, or functional freeze
• How the nervous system shapes our ability to feel safe, present, and connected
• What it means to begin reclaiming balance and wholeness after years of survival patterns
Participants will also be guided through a gentle nervous system practice designed to help the body settle and reconnect with a sense of inner ground.
