Reiki Level I Immersion is all about self-healing of body, mind and heart. During our three-day immersive training, you will learn practices to help free yourself from your mental attachments that are currently causing you suffering, such as fear, worry and anger. Together we will explore simple tools to help you become more present in your daily life, while cultivating new self-care habits to align with your most authentic and healthy self moving forward — no matter what is going on around you.
Over the course of Reiki Level I Immersion, we will explore the foundational elements of the Japanese Reiki system, including the history of Reiki and its founder Usui Mikao. We will study and practice traditional Reiki principles, various meditations, chants and basic hands-on healing techniques (for non-professional use on self, others, and animals.) Students will also receive four ritual attunement blessings to aid in the increase of energy vitality and clarity.
What you will receive in this program:
-History of Traditional + Western Reiki
-Traditional Reiki meditations + self-healing tools
-Foundational Reiki philosophy + energy theory
-Home Practice + Ritual creation and support
-Four Reiki Healing Attunements that assist in immediate elevation of student's frequency, dissolve energy blocks and re-connect student to their abundant Life Force
-Hand's-on-healing techniques for self and others
-Self-reflective journal prompts + personal investigations
-Bound Reiki manual

*Please bring journal, writing utensil and snacks for self and possibly to share with the group. On Saturday and Sunday, we will have a 30 minute dinner break. Please pack something and do not plan to leave for dinner.
