PEACE IS EVERY STEP

Summer Book Club & Peace Sangha

Join us for a nourishing three-month journey through Peace Is Every Step by Thich Nhat Hanh—an invitation to awaken mindfulness in everyday life. Through heartfelt reflection, spiritual discussion, and shared practice, we’ll explore how peace can be cultivated in every breath, step, and moment.

Each session includes guided meditation, discussion prompts, community sharing, and gentle integration practices.

*Please note that while our autumn book selection uses gender-specific language in the title, this is an inclusive circle. All genders and perspectives are welcome, as the teachings are transcendent and will meet you as you are.

Theme: Integration & Embodied Practice

Reading: Finish Part III + personal reflection

Focus: Group sharing, meditation, and intention setting

Preparation & Participation in Book Club:

To fully engage in our discussions, please read the assigned chapters before each meeting. This preparation will allow us to delve deeper into the material and share our insights.

Come prepared to reflect on the reading and share your thoughts. Your unique perspective enriches our collective understanding.

While sharing is encouraged, please feel free to participate at your comfort level. We strive to create a welcoming space where all voices are heard and respected and everyone feels safe and supported in their needs.
